Accommodation at the Village comprises self-contained one bedroom flats most suited to single occupancy, although applications from couples may be considered. The Village offers unfurnished ground or first floor level accommodation with a small garden area. There are limited on-site parking facilities and unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.

 

All properties that become available are newly decorated and feature;

  • Double Glazing

  • Gas Fired Central Heating

  • Lounge

  • Bedroom

  • Shower Room

  • Kitchen

  • Manageable Garden Area

  • Rents that are inclusive of Water Rates

The following are some of the responsibilities of the tenant;

  • White goods

  • Carpets & Curtains

  • Ongoing internal decoration

  • All Utility and Council Tax bills (other than Water Rates)

The exterior of the accommodation and the communal grounds are maintained by the Village for the benefit of the residents.
